About the service

DAZN is a sport streaming service. If you want to watch football, wrestling, darts or other sports you can do it on DAZN. It is possible to watch live events with or without DVR functionality and video on demand. The service is available for most platforms like Android, AndroidTV, Apple iOS, Apple tvOS, Web, PlayStation, Tizen OS and more.

My role in DAZN

I was an Android developer for playback and ads team for Android mobile and Android TV apps.

My responsibilities included:

  • Negotiating vague business requirements into platform friendly and optimal implementation
  • Describing tickets - tasks, bugs, improvements
  • Reviewing analytics data on regular basis
  • Communicating with other teams and partners regarding solutions.
